Penguins class have been using their creative and artistic skills this week to experiment with drawing processes. We chose an image that had been inspired by the theme of space, then looked closely at the image and used a 'view finder' to hone in on a particular part of the image. We then used our creative skills to replicate the section of the image in four completely different ways. We used simple line drawings, shading, tonal drawing, continual line drawing, different tools, drew on different backgrounds and textures and used a range of materials such as crayons, charcoal, oil pastels and water colours. I'm sure you will agree that we have some very talented artists in our class. A special mention should go out to Evie and Amelia for their outstanding creativity and artistic representations.
