Pupils at Manor were treated to a new teacher for a lesson today when local poet and author Daniel Thompson came into each class to deliver a session on poetry and rhyme. Each class spent time listening to his brilliant poems, all themed around kindness and 'Being You'. Pupils were then supported to write their own poems. 

The day finished with a book signing session where children were able to buy his latest book and get it signed as a lovely keepsake and something to treasure.
